Also Known As Shinrin Yoku
Join us for two hours of calm amongst the woodlands, where we will guide you in the practice of Shinrin Yoku. Originating in Japan, the literal translation means Forest Bathing. What this means for you is time to slow down, leave your busy mind at the gate and fully immerse in the woodland. We will use our senses to connect with the trees and other wildlife living there and prime our body for rest and rejuvenation. This is not a workshop to identify what we see, but to experience it.
On a weekend to celebrate our adventures outdoors we will celebrate trees and our relationship with them.
